Healthy at any age: teens!

When you eat everyday chips or french fries or croquettes, that your body will do little good but just let store excess fat. That is very unhealthy for you.

Croquette has no label if you get it in the cafeteria, but croquette comes out of a box where there is a label on and then stands back all kinds of crap you do not need.
Is the drink is sweet? Not allowed!
Sweet drink that increased your sugar with one stone and also lowers it again very soon. This is very annoying when you are in school is because you feel just very energetic but soon collapses and prefers to dive back into your bed.

Make your own bread or lunch ready
